How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on the total weight of the order, the destination address, and the selected shipping method. We offer both Ground and Freight shipping options depending on the size of the components ordered. What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer a range of shipping methods, including Standard Ground and various Expedited options. The specific carriers used (such as UPS, FedEx, or specialized freight lines) vary depending on the delivery location and the nature of the items being shipped.
Do you have a minimum order?
Moser Engineering does not require a minimum order amount. Whether you need a single small component or a complete rear-end assembly, we are happy to fulfill your order.
Do you offer rush shipping?
Yes. If you need your parts quickly, expedited shipping options are available for selection during the checkout process. Please note that expedited shipping affects transit time only and does not bypass standard processing times.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most orders for in-stock items are processed in 1 business day, and many are processed the same day. Most custom orders are processed in 2 business days or less.
Where are you located? How long does shipping take?
Moser Engineering is located in Portland, Indiana. Because we ship from the Midwest, transit times are generally efficient across the United States. The exact duration of shipping depends entirely on your distance from our facility and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Will you provide tracking information?
Yes. As soon as your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, we will send a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?
For security purposes and to ensure the validity of the transaction, your credit card is charged at the time the order is placed.
If I ordered a part that’s out of stock, when will it ship?
In the event that a part is out of stock, a member of our team will notify you as soon as possible. Our turn-around even on custom parts is unmatched in the industry and usually can be made from scratch in just 2 business days. If it is a part we do not make then we will provide an estimated restock date and keep you updated on when your item is expected to ship.
Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
No. We can only ship to one address per order. If you need items sent to different locations, please place separate orders for each destination.
Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?
Yes, we do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. However, please be aware that these locations incur additional shipping fees which will be reflected at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?
Yes. Shipments to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPOs are sent exclusively via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Moser Engineering will ship to most countries, only the purchaser is responsible for any customs duties or fees, and processing time may be increased.
Do you ship oversized parts?
Yes, we ship oversized parts. Please be aware that large or heavy items may require special handling or freight delivery, which may result in additional shipping fees.
What happens if you ship the wrong part?
While we strive for 100% accuracy, mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect part, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return and get the correct replacement part sent out as quickly as possible.
What happens if the part is damaged during shipping?
It is critical that you inspect your package thoroughly prior to signing for the delivery. If you notice damage to the packaging or the product, take clear photos of the damage and contact us right away. Claims for shipping damage must be initiated immediately to ensure a resolution with the carrier.
How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?

What happens if the part doesn’t fit my vehicle?
If a part does not fit your vehicle, please contact us to discuss the issue. In these instances, please refer to our formal Return Policy for instructions on how to proceed with a return or exchange.
What if my address changes before my order ships?
If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us immediately. Please note that once an order has been processed through our system, we are unable to change the delivery destination.
What if I never receive an order?
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office first. Moser Engineering is not liable for stolen deliveries once the carrier has confirmed arrival at the destination address.
What happens if I refuse the shipment?
We strongly advise against refusing a shipment. If there is an issue with the order, please accept the delivery and then contact us to begin the formal return process. Refusing a shipment may result in additional shipping charges and restocking fees being deducted from your final refund.
