How to Order


You can order any items listed online in the Moser Store by clicking and submitting your information via our secure and online webstore. If you are uncomfortable doing so or prefer to discuss your order first before placing it we have many other ways listed below.



We are available for technical assistance and ordering by phone from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.


Either fill out one of our order forms, or send us a note with your dimensions and the parts that you would like to order. Also, enclose your payment, give us your bank card number, or tell us you want your items sent out C.O.D. ($500 limit on C.O.D’s for first time customers) along with your name, address, and telephone number.



When ordering by fax, please be sure to include your name, address and telephone number or fax number so we can contact you if we have any questions about your order.


Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Paypal. All we need is your account number, expiration date, the name that appears on the card, and the billing address.

For orders where C.O.D. is an acceptable method of payment, the payment must be collected in the form of a cashier’s check or money order. Cash and personal checks will not be accepted by UPS or Federal Express.


All orders, including our Custom Alloy Axles, are shipped within two days of ordering (excluding Gun-Drilling and Moser Extreme axles). If you call us before 2 p.m. est, we can ship all in-stock items the same day.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified. Time in transit is normally 1-7 days depending on your location. If you are in a hurry to receive your items, we will be glad to ship your order either overnight, two day, or three day. We can also accommodate most methods of overseas shipping. Call for more details.

What To Do If You Have A Problem:

If you receive a defective or incorrect part, contact us before returning it to us. Please put a note inside the box with your invoice number, date, name, address, phone number, and a description of the problem. Also, please display your invoice number on the outside of the returning package. This helps our receiving department process your order without delays. The shipping charges on all returns must be prepaid. We do not accept any COD’s. After we inspect the returned parts, you will be reimbursed for the ground shipping charges if the fault is with Moser Engineering. If it is determined that Moser Engineering is not at fault, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
