Bolt-In Housings not Already Offered by Moser Engineering

If we are capable of replicating a housing that is not currently offered a Design/Jig Fee of $400 will be applied.
In the event brackets are required to be manufactured that are not already produced by Moser Engineering additional charges for drawing and design will apply as well.
Time Frame; The process DOES NOT fall into our two day turn-a-round, the time frame will be at the discretion of Moser Engineering, NO promised date will be given. Our current production needs will take precedence over this type of work 100% of the time.
When sending in or dropping off at our facilty, the housing will need to be disassembled and cleaned prior to arriving. Any housing that we need to create a new bolt-in for will need to be fixtured (the housing must be empty of contents to fixture) (also if it is a rear loading carrier (12-Bolt, 10-Bolt, 8.8″, Dana-44 or 60), WE MUST HAVE THE MAIN CAPS!!!). Any housing not disassembled and cleaned will be charged a $250 Disassembly Fee and a $200 Cleaning Fee, this will also add to the already lengthy lead time.

Internal Splining/Broaching - THIS SERVICE IS NO LONGER OFFERED!
